A catalogue of what I've built, redesigned, and shipped across research, organisations, and independent explorations.
These projects span three contexts — academic research infrastructure, organisational systems for remote teams, and standalone experiments. Most of them share a common thread: I needed something that didn't exist, so I built it.
The structure in each entry follows What, Why, and Additional Info. The why tends to be the interesting part.

Nonbinary NLP Research Proposal (MISGENDERED++)
ArchivedA robustness evaluation framework for gender bias benchmarks in LLMs. Archived after a newer paper solved the core engineering problem.
DIAL Recruitment & Onboarding Redesign
OngoingFull overhaul of DIAL's RA pipeline to filter for curiosity and grit instead of academic polish.
LabKit — Research Knowledge Orchestration Platform
OngoingA headless CMS-backed platform that treats a research lab's publications, grants, and people as a semantic graph rather than a page tree.

HCI Internship for HS Students
PlannedBangladesh's first HCI research internship for high schoolers. Blocked on DIAL's capacity until the foundational infrastructure (LabKit) is in place.
Organisational Systems
Systems built for Dear Asian Youth and South Breeze School, primarily addressing knowledge decay, credit attribution, and scaling remote teams.
Breezer's Brew
CompletedSouth Breeze School's first literary organisation. Published a magazine, raised BDT 140k+ via letterman jackets to cover printing costs.
Literature Workflow Redesign with Ghost CMS
CompletedMigrated DAY Literature from a multi-tab Google Sheets workflow to Ghost CMS, restructuring articles as state objects and editors as first-class citizens.
DAY Design System & Marketing Funnel
Completedshadcn/ui-based design system for DAY + a user journey map to treat recruitment and engagement as a measurable funnel.
GitLab-Inspired Handbook
OngoingPublic, version-controlled handbook for DAY — documentation as code, with .codeowners files enforcing maintenance responsibility per department.

OngoingAn opinionated, reproducible tech stack for nonprofits and student organisations. DAY is the live proving ground.
Standalone / Exploratory

ExitedNamed it, designed the logo, built the MVP UI — then left when the founders refused to acknowledge zero PMF and started populating the app with fake users.
Auctus Admissions Website Redesign
ArchivedBuilt a complete visual and operational redesign of Auctus's site before applying for their fellowship. Got rejected on grades; they plagiarised the work.
